By accessing or using the services that I offer, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, please refrain from using the services and purchasing a reading.

The services that I offer whether chargeable or free are for entertainment purposes only. The readings and spiritual guidance that are provided whether paid or free are not a substitute from ANY professional advice. I do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided during the session. For legal reasons all readings whether paid or free are for entertainment purposes only.

By purchasing or having a reading you are confirming you are 18+. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions following any advice or insights received during readings.  It is your own discretion and your own free will which guidance you choose to act on. I am not liable for any consequences resulting from your choices.

All information shared during sessions may be broadcast on TikTok lives, posts and ‘other’ social media platforms such as instagram or Facebook. If you would prefer a private reading then I ask that you purchase one of these. I will not disclose personal details to third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law. However, the customer acknowledges that I cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality over electronic communication.

I do not charge for the readings that you receive I charge for the time and energy spent on the readings. All payments made for Tiktok live readings are non-refundable once the reading has been completed. In the event of technical issues we will re-schedule the session. If a private reading is missed we will re-arrange the time and date however please note depending on how busy I am these may be a date further into the future. I will only re-arrange a private reading twice, if the customer does not attend after it has been re-arranged twice, the reading will be cancelled and no refund will be given. Private readings can only be cancelled up to 48 hours prior, if cancelled any time after this no refund will be given.

You are expected to conduct yourselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of abusive towards me which includes but is not limited to bad language, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the reading being immediately stopped, and you will be banned from using my services in the future. 

All content, on the website or social media platforms are the property of Chloe the medium. Clients may not reproduce, any of the documents.

I reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951]. Any disputes arising from the use of the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Island.
